Guests who purchase this pass are responsible for booking their own off-site lodging. This ticket provides daytime access to the Mentis Retreat grounds, sessions, and scheduled activities from November 3–7, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.

The Mentis 5-Day Experience opens the full daytime programme to you across five transformative days, November 3–7, 2026. You’ll move through the same schedule as our residential guests — morning breathwork, faculty-led deep dives, and guided sessions designed to dismantle the mental patterns that keep you locked in survival mode.
Mentis means mind. Everything here starts there. The lectures rewire how you think about stress, nutrition, and recovery. The movement sessions — yoga, meditation, grounding — teach your nervous system a different language. The sauna and red light therapy give your body permission to let go of what it’s been holding.
Every afternoon, you leave thinking differently than you did that morning.
This is an off-site experience — accommodations and additional meals are arranged independently.

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 reserves your place. The remaining balance is due in full by October 2, 2026. By reserving, you authorize Mentis to automatically charge the card on file for the remaining balance on that date. If the balance is not paid in full by October 2, 2026, your deposit is forfeited and your place will be released to another guest.
